Apple disagrees with battery problem with exploding iPhones

A few days before i wrote an articles regarding exploding iPhones those incidents occurred in Europe. Apple authorities were to discuss this topic with GDCCRF in this meeting Apple denies that the cause of explosion were not the batteries but the users.

Apple blame it on iPhone users and said that iPhone due to users external force. One of those cases brought in discussion were of and eye injury due to explosion and Apple replied to this that the user denied to give it's iPhone to Apple to explore what was the cause of explosion.
