This week the new Blackberry OS 6.0 was unveiled showing a new user interface and improved features to various functions such as email, messaging and other parts of the OS.
No firm date for launch was set for the new Blackberry operating system although a time frame of 2 - 3 months is to be expected. For those of you who cannot wait that long a Blackberry OS 6.0 theme has been created called "I Dream of 6".

Samsung seems to be on a roll these days with its Android phones. Soon after releasing its Galaxy S, Beam and the mid-range Galaxy 3 and 5, the company has announced its new Android-based device in Korea, the Galaxy U (SHW-M130L).

The phone is basically a slightly modded Galaxy S for the Korea. The AMOLED screen on the Galaxy U has the same resolution as the Galaxy S - 480 x 800 pixels with support for 16M colors. Other features include a 5 megapixel camera with auto focus and support for 720p HD video recording.

Palm a famous mobile phone maker or Apple rival has released a new version of WebOS 1.2.1 for Palm Pre that enables it to Sync it with latest version of iTunes.
This new version is now available in market for Palm Pre only that enables with iTunes 9.0 version. The new version also provide high quality photos and full screen images .

Nokia has just released it's N86 with new features. The new features that make it different than the previous one are that it has face detection mode added and improved video and picture quality.

The new phone has also red eye removal feature, a new focus point indication and improved macro shot feature added in the phone.

It also had resolved bugfixes and improved the free memory of the phone.

A few weeks ago Sony launched it's 12 megapixel camera phone, and Samsung didn't wait long and also launched it's W880 Camera Phone. I don't know wether to call it a digital camera or a mobile phone :) (joking). SCH-W880 is the worlds first phone with 12-megapixel of camera, autofocus(like all other digital camera's), 3x optical zoom, flash, Xenon Flash and HD video recording at 30 frames per second. Orange Telecom, the British Mobile phone company is bringing Apple iPhone 3G and 3GS to Britain. The company will bring the service later this year, as the company is selling iPhones in 27 other different countries. There has been no announcements made regarding the tariffs and the cost of the phone neither the company has told the date of launch.

Nokia the worlds largest mobile phone giant has launched it's Nokia N86 NAM version which is just available in USA. The phone is equipped with 8-Mega pixel camera with auto focus, Flash and Carl-Zesis optics and cost about $469. The phone also has 3G technology a 2.6-inch OLED display running at 240 x 320 QVGA resolution, and 8GB memory with microSD cards.

LG is going to launch it's new mobile phone which is equipped with Google Android technology and the phone name is GW620. GW620 is a smartphone with sliding keyboard. The phone also has links to Social Networking sites like Facebook, Twitter, My space etc. The phone is a windows mobile and will be launching in further few weeks.

New Nokia 8800 is out in the market for sale. This new mobile is equipped with GPS navigation system, Wi-Fi and 5-megapixel camera and uses Symbian OS S60.

The camera has also carl-zesis lens with autofocus and LED Flash light too. There is also noise reduction microphone on the back. The special feature of the phone is that it now comes with 8GB of internal memory and does not have memory card.

The Phone will be available in October with 3G technology and Tri and Dual band.

Motorola CLIQ is Motorola first phone which has Andorid technology(1.5 cupcake). It is very high quality phone with 3G technology and QWERTY keyboard, 5- Megapixel camera, GPS and Social Netwworking Contacts.

The phone has 3.5mm handsfree jack at the top and on the left side of the phone are Volume control key and USB port to connect with your system. On the right side is camera button and screen locking key which will lock the screen similarly like iPhone.

Another LG Choclate to hit the European market in mid September. The phone is fully touch screen with 4 inch of screen. It's dimensions are 128x51x10.99mm. The gadgets is with 800x345 pixels and touch resistant glass.

It has an internal memory of 1GB with memory card slot and 5 megapixel of camera with LED flash, autofocus, image stabilization and face detection and many more features. As being a touch screen phone it has Wi-Fi, microUSB port and Bluetooth 2.1 feature and most of all 3G network.

Now Motorola is coming in Android Technology too. Motorola is launching MB200 and MB 300 who's specifications have been leaked today. Both phone supports QWERTY keyboards and consist of 3G and Wi-Fi technology and most of all bluetooth support. MB200 is cheaper than it's brother MB300 because MB200 have 528MHz CPU and 320x480 display result and VGA Camera.

MB300 has 5 megapixel camera and has good internal memory and looks.

After the Nokia's launch of X series and E series it launched another phone which is capable of surviving some harsh situtaions. After the launch of Samsung's Universe proof Mobile Phone Samsung Marine Nokia didn't bothered to stay back and also Launched Nokia 3720.

3720 is build for the resist. It is water restiant, dust proof and survive some other pretty smart situations. Nokia Launching another phone Nokia X3. This phone will be coming this September and will be a slide phone. The phone weighs 103 grams with 3.2 megapixel camera. The phone will not have 3G and WLAN option in it. The phone comes with 2GB card and goes upto 16GB microSD.

Now the worlds Largest mobile phone manufactures Nokia is getting serious about their entrance in touch screen mobile world. They recently launched there 2 phone continuously N97 and 5800 Xpress music with touch screen.

Now Nokia have launched another phone to remain in touch market which is know Nokia 5230 it is a full touch mobile with some features that makes it worth less, it does not consist of Wi-Fi and the second it has only 2 mega pixel camera. Much like the Nokia 5800, the Nokia 5230 sports a 3.2-inch resistive touchscreen with a resolution of 640 x 360 pixels, FM radio, 3.5 mm audio jack and microSD card slot. The camera has been downgraded to 2 megapixel resolution but manages the decent VGA@30fps video recording.

The phone is similar to 5800 and have the same battery as 5800. Nokia 5230 is capable of 33 hours of non-stop playback music.
