The Funchal airport runway in island of Maderia, has one of the strangest runways in the world. At first the runway was to small for large planes to land then with use of great human mind the engineers came to conclusions to build a runway on the pillars which are 70 meter tall, on which the plane will land and the total pillar build are 180.
